The task I chose for this honor was to collect and fund-raise for supplies destine for the Ronald McDonald firm; on with the planning and preparation of a dinner for the residents and their children. It was necessary to coordinate the activities for collecting and purchasing the supplies along with the architectural plan of the actual menu. Additionally, I had to organize the volunteers and reveal a record to ensure all tasks were completed in an effective and by the bye manor. Beginning in middle 2011 with an appointment at Ronald McDonald house, along with a tour to inform myself with the facilities and equipment available for this task is how this project u nfolded. Organizing an outline, besides fetching the history to accomplish all of the umteen tasks was the next step in my design. Next, I explained and introduced the events to my Scout lead and its members. At this point I began to collect a disputation of the supplies and the volunteers necessary to complete the non-homogeneous tasks.
